Office opening hours: 8:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday

Mall / Restaurant opening hours – 10:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday

Remarks:

During opening hours, the Property Service Centre would provide normal lighting, A/C, lifts, security, cleaning, maintenance and other regular services.

Concierge

The concierge provides convenient and easy “one-stop” services including:

1.Information and service queries;

2.Customer repair requests and other appeals;

3.Provide temporary storage of small items;

4.Provide borrowing services for items such as trolleys;

5.Provide free newspapers and magazines and other promotional materials;

6.Handle special service procedures;

7.Handle special service procedures;


Telecommunication

If you need to install, modify or change telecommunication services such as telephone and optical fibre, please apply in the property service centre. We will provide special services for you.


Parking services

1.The Property Service Centre will provide long-term lease parking space according to “Raycom Infotech Park Lease Agreement”. Please do the parking space application at the Concierge with copies of your driving license, vehicle license and identification proof.

2.Commercial clients who want to provide free parking ticket to its customers will be charged regularly by the Property Service Centre upon receiving the tickets. The commercial clients much apply for such needs in advance at the Property Service Centre, and keep a record of the free parking ticket in the Property Service Centre.

3.B3 on Building B is equipped with electric car charging devices for you to use when needed.


A/C

1.A/C is available during the building’s opening hours. Should you need A/C during non-opening hours, please apply for the extra A/C hour at the Concierge at least one working day in advance. We will provide you special services as requested.

2.Building B and Building C can provide room cooling water 24 hours a day. Please apply at the Property Service Centre and we will provide you special services as requested.


Lift services

1.The building is equipped with passenger lifts, service lifts and escalators. Furniture, equipment, large parcel and heavy objects shall be transported by service lifts. For special requests, please apply at the Property Service Centre at least 1 working day in advance.

2.Passenger lifts are for passengers only. If you are carrying over 10kg or over 50cm objects, or objects with abnormal order, please take the service lift.

3.Employees of the commercial clients please take service lifts.


Cleaning services

1.he Property Service Centre is responsible for the daily cleaning of public areas such as the exterior, lobby, floors and toilets. It will also wipe the exterior windows and carry out rats/bug elimination projects regularly.

2.The Property Service Centre can provide you with temporary or regular special services such as carpet washing, chair and sofa washing, glass washing, carpet vacuuming and furniture waxing, etc.


Security Services

1.The building provides 24-hour security services. The interior and exterior of the buildings are set with CCTV to monitor the main entrance/exit, lifts, parking lot and public areas. Please lock your door when the rented area is vacant or when it’s after working hours.

2.During non-opening hours, customers can get into the building with valid identification proof. Building B is equipped with an access control system implementing 24-hour close-end management. Customers need to apply for an access card to enter.

3.Please apply for an exit note when transporting objects out of building.

4.The Property Service Centre can provide you with security guard, fire equipment maintenance and other special services.


Brand Badge Fabrication

1.When you move in, the Property Service Centre will make a set of company brand badge pursuant to the name of signing company as in “Raycom Infotech Park Tenant Agreement”. You can apply for the brand badge in the Property Service Centre.

2.The Property Service Centre can provide special service for you should you need to change the brand badge. The name on the badge must be consistent with the signing company’s name on “Raycom Infotech Park Lease Agreement”.


Collection and Payment Service

1.The Property Service Centre collects rent on behalf of the property owner. Please pay the rent according to “Raycom Infotech Park Tenant Agreement”;

2.Should your rented area in need of repair, please dial the Property Service Centre hotline. The Property Service Centre will provide special services.


Engineering Service

1.The Property Service Centre is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the public facilities.

Satellite / cable TV

Should you need satellite/cable TV service, please apply for it at the Property Service Centre. We will provide special service for you.
